SHIPPING & PROCESSING

Please allow the stated processing time for your order before it is shipped. Processing times vary depending on the product and/or preorder period and do not include shipping transit time.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Your order will be shipped to the exact shipping address provided at checkout. Please carefully review your name, street address, apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code before submitting your order.

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, you are responsible for contacting me as soon as possible BEFORE your order ships. I cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has entered the shipping/fulfillment process.

Once your package has shipped, I am unable to change or redirect the shipping address.

SHIPPING CARRIERS

Orders are shipped through USPS or UPS, depending on the shipping method selected and the size of your order.

Tracking information will be provided once your shipping label has been created.

SHIPPING INSURANCE

Customers have the option to upgrade their shipping to include additional insurance/protection when available.

Shipping insurance is highly recommended, especially for larger or higher-value orders. Insurance can provide additional protection in the event that a package is lost or damaged during transit.

Please make sure to select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is returned to me because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the order.

DELIVERY

Once your package has been accepted by USPS or UPS, delivery times are controlled by the shipping carrier. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and do not include my processing time.
